Today, a lot of people face vision problems and they keep trying to solve their problems. Mostly, they see their doctors for medication. One thing they do not understand is that actually they can restore their eyesight by applying some natural ways. In other words, they can improve eyesight naturally. Natural means we do not have to take medicine and have eye-surgery.
A doctor says strain and stress are the main causes of bad eyesight. Most of us do not realize that our bad habits can produce strain stress. One example of bad habits is sitting in a small office, constantly starring at a computer screen, and never taking a break. In this situation, eyes work hard and finally feel extremely tired and stressed. If we experience this bad habit in a long time, sooner or later we will have eyesight problems.
Do you know that eyes also can suffer stress and strain? Try to spend a few minutes to let your eyes more relaxed. Relaxation exercise can bring our vision ability back. This practice is quite simple and just needs a few minutes. If we always practice this good habit every day, we will be able to see more clearly.
Just like our body, eyes also give signals when they are tired and need a rest. When you keep reading a book and feel uncomfortable, you will need a break. Your eyes give signals you have to take a rest. How to rest the eyes is by finding a quiet place, relaxing the mind, and closing the eyes so they can re-energize. Bad eyesight doesn’t have to occur as we develop this good habit and we will increase our eyesight for the rest of our lives
In fact, you can also improve eyesight naturally by doing some exercises. Below are just a few examples of simple exercises.
1. One simple exercise can be carried out in the evening in front of a bright lamp. Switch off all other lights in the room and sit comfortably in front of the lamp with your eyes closed. Switch the lamp on and off in time to your slow, relaxed breathing.
2. Look toward the sun with your eyes closed for five to 10 minutes during the day.
3. Hold a pen or other small objects at arm's length; wave it back and forth slowly in a figure eight while following it closely with your eyes. Follow the object for 10 to 15 seconds each time, repeating three times.
4. Hold an object at arm's length and focus on it, slowly moving it in to touch the tip of your nose. Inhale slowly while you bring the object in toward your face, then exhale as you move it back out again. Perform this exercise three to five times several times throughout the day.
Another simple way to improve eye vision is to eat more vegetables such as carrots and tomatoes and to drink water more often.
In conclusion, whether you have good eyesight or not is a matter of life style. If you have healthy life style your eyes will be healthy too.
